OP/Broker of Records

Born and raised in Metuchen, New Jersey, Deborah has over 30 years of Real Estate experience and an extensive range of knowledge of the area. In 2005, Deborah Kerr established Keller Williams Elite, Realtors in Metuchen with just 12 agents. Now, over fourteen years later, she has grown the company to be number one in Middlesex County with over 280 agents and counting. Servicing customers throughout the State of New Jersey, Deborah has consistently been in the top 1% of Realtors in the State. Deborah, Broker of Records, is a Certified Relocation Specialist, which means that she has participated in schooling to help her understand the unique needs of people relocating into and out of the State. She has earned the SRES designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, trained in helping Senior Citizens with their Real Estate needs. She is also certified in Home Staging, which is a wonderful tool for our Seller's. She works with Sellers and Buyers assisting with all of their Real Estate needs. The Kerr Team, built by Deborah is in place to assist you with your transaction from start to finish with minimal stress.


Team Leader

Leslie Cato leads the office in strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents to the office. Her other duties include overseeig hiring, leadership and development of the staff, managing and accelarting financial performance, making adjustments to key financial indicators to maximize profitability, promote a strong learning based environment, and maintain a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates and also provides for a caring, people-first atmosphere.


Market Center Administrator

The Market Center Administrator (MCA) is responsible for keeping the office and the Team Leader on track and productive. Barbara maintains personal working relationships with associates and interacts with them on a daily basis. She also helps with any miscellaneous projects and brainstorms ways to help improve the Market Center both financially and operationally. Think of the MCA as the Market Center’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. The MCA wears many hats. The MCA’s job responsibilities cover three specific areas:
a. Accounting
b. Operation and Administration
c. Support


Director of Agent Services

The Agent Services Coordinator assists the Team Leader and Director of Career Development with agent intake and exit processes and is seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. Cyata, our Director of Agent Services, assists in assigning incoming agents with a compatible mentor to make their transition a smooth, enjoyable experience. Cyata helps lead with an up-beat, inspiring attitude and perspective,


Director of Career Development/ Director of Marketing

Sheridan, as the Director of Career Development and Marketing, helps lead with high integrity and a track record of business success having a take-charge, results-oriented approach to goals and relishes seeing others achieve. Sheridan works closely with the Team Leader and Operating Principal as part of the Market Center's leadership team. Together, the leadership team will work to increase the productivity of the associates, as well as target and communicate with prospective agents in the area. Sheridan also helps lead and grow our Marketing Department and in addition, helps establish, promote, and maintain our successful real estate brand.


Director of First Impressions

Name, our Director of First Impressions, has many responsibilities including working in an extremely fast-paced environment answering phones, filing, distributing mail, scheduling, taking inventory, stocking supplies, and other duties as assigned. The Director of First Impressions is the first source of contact that agents, prospective buyers/sellers, and customers will see as they enter the office. Therefore, Name, our Director of First Impressions is a crucial part of our team - always providing an upbeat attitude and positive demeanor.



The ALC is actively involved in the leadership of the company; holding ownership and management accountable to live within the budget and participates in attaining the goals of the Market Center. Keller Williams was founded on the belief that our associates are the drivers of our success - that's why we give them a say in how the business is run. The ALC is a way in which all agents at the market center have a a voice; an opinion through the agents that represent them as members of the Agent Leadership Council. The ALC acts as the Market Center’s “Board of Directors” - They are the guardians of the culture.
